Hi All,
I hope everyone is enjoying their (mostly dry) Saturday! We had a great showing once again for Saturday practice, and I so appreciate the workout that these runners, throwers and jumpers have been putting in. It will definitely pay off! As promised, below you can find information about the upcoming meet. I will send out a more detailed email about the week's plans tomorrow. For now, we'll stick with Monday. Meet Location: The meet will be held at the Greely High School track. You can find directions to the Greely High School track HERE. The meet will begin at 3:30pm starting with field events. Track events will start 15 minutes afterwards at 3:45pm. Please find the meet order of events HERE. Bus Times: Unfortunately, we have a bus shortage AND too many people to fit on a single bus(!). Therefore, we will be shuttling back and forth from Greely to get everyone there, depending on their event time. As a reminder, all athletes are expected to ride the bus to the meet. Typically, we will also require athletes to ride the bus back. This meet, however, gets a bit more complicated with the shuttle-bus situation. Even still, athletes are expected to stay for the duration of the meet. Please see THIS DOCUMENT to see what time you are leaving the school. First bus -- please do not forget to grab the shot puts, discus', javelins, poles, and blocks!! Coach Jen will be there to take attendance. Who's Running What? Please find a list of who's running what on THIS DOCUMENT. I will also be handing out a copy of this document with who's running each event at the meet. Feel free to take a look HERE (scroll down past pages 1 & 3, which are for order of events). What should you bring?
Some Reminders:
Looking forward to a great first meet! Go Clippers! Coach Carrigan

Looking forward to another great week! Go Clippers! Coach Carrigan Hi All,
I hope everyone's vacation is off to a great start! I just wanted to send out a reminder email about practices this week. We will be having practice at the track Monday through Friday at 10:00am. If you are in Yarmouth, I'll see you at the practice! Weather permitting, we will meet at the track. If it is raining, we will meet at the back of the school. HERE is a link to our week's workouts. Distance runners - we may flip Monday & Tuesday's workouts depending on what the rain decides to do, although right now it looks like it may clear up by 10:00am. For those who are suffering some shin pain, check out these barefoot exercises! These can really help, but only if you actually do the work! We will try to incorporate more into practices as well. See you all tomorrow! Coach Carrigan See the article in the Forecaster HERE!
