I hope that everyone is enjoying the sunshine this weekend and staying warm! Hard to believe we are already in Week 3 of our season! Before this week's announcements, I wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to the McCormick's, who hosted our first team dinner this past Friday! Our athletes had a great time getting to bond outside of practice time. Please see below for announcements related to the upcoming week: This Week's Workouts:
MONDAY PRACTICE @ USM - We are lucky enough to practice at USM on Monday (tomorrow) and we have track time from 8:00pm - 9:00pm. We will be leaving by bus from the high school at 7:00pm, and hopefully returning by 10:00pm. Please remember to bring layers for warming up outside (before our track time) and wear shorts / t-shirts underneath for training inside. There will not be time to change (other than taking layers off / on) as we want to make the best use of our track time. Please dress accordingly! Reminders for Athletes:

I hope that everyone is having a relaxing weekend and enjoying the rain (as opposed to snow!) I, for one, am hoping that the rain will melt the snow so we can all get out on the track this week! We shall see! Please see below for announcements related to the upcoming week. This Week's Workouts: In an effort to streamline things this week, you will find below the Weekly Workout Plan (with workouts for every group) as well as Event Specific Daily Workouts (complete with videos / explanations of exercises). Because we have so many groups, and limited hallway space, I thought it would be best to show you the exercises ahead of time, and we can tweak / perfect them in practice. Still Looking for Boosters! If you are interested in being a booster parent, or in helping out with the boosters, please let us know! Captains Announced! Congratulations to Paige Reinfelder, Kim Fuller, Elise McCormick, Sean Whynot & Michael McNeil, who have been named captains for our 2018 - 2019 Indoor Track Season! Noteworthy Practice Additions: We have 4 more indoor practices at USM - Monday December 10th, Wednesday January 9th, Tuesday January 15th, and Monday January 21st.
