I hope you are all having a good start to the break with your families! As I said on the bus, we do not have practice until next Thursday. I am hopeful you can take the time to rest up and relax! That said, I don't want you to sit on the couch all week! It is very important that we do not lose fitness before our first meet, January 4th. Attached are the workouts I would like you to try on your own (OYO) for the next week. These are easy to do without a weight room, etc. Feel free to email if you have any questions about how to modify, etc.
Vacation Practice Schedule: Please email me with your availability for these four practices. Athletes are expected to attend practice over vacation to the best of their ability, and are only excused if they communicate ahead of time and are not in Yarmouth on the days of practice. Athletes should note that significant improvement takes place over winter break, and that a failure to come to practice will be detrimental to that athlete's improvement. Athletes who attend all four practices will receive a special prize!
