What should you bring with you?
Sweatpants (keep your muscles warm!)
Sweatshirt/jacket (preferably Yarmouth-themed)
Socks (lucky ones if you have them!)
Spikes (if you have them)
A snack (you could be running long after lunch time - important to keep your body well-fueled!)
Water Bottle full of water
A positive, can-do attitude!
