I hope everyone's vacation is off to a great start! I just wanted to send out a reminder email about practices this week.
We will be having practice at the track Monday through Friday at 10:00am. If you are in Yarmouth, I'll see you at the practice!
Weather permitting, we will meet at the track. If it is raining, we will meet at the back of the school.

Distance runners - we may flip Monday & Tuesday's workouts depending on what the rain decides to do, although right now it looks like it may clear up by 10:00am.
For those who are suffering some shin pain, check out these barefoot exercises! These can really help, but only if you actually do the work! We will try to incorporate more into practices as well.

We had a great first week of outdoor track last week. And the best part was... we were able to get outside! The track is 95% clear due to all of your efforts shoveling, and we've already been able to get in a few good workouts. Fingers crossed that this beautiful weather continues.

Boosters Meeting this week - Wednesday 1/16 @ 7pm
Please join us for a Boosters meeting this Wednesday 1/16 at 7:00pm in my room, 108 at the high school. We will be discussing fundraisers and the end-of-season banquet. We are in dire need of parents of younger team members to help keep Boosters strong for the coming years. Please consider joining us!

I hope everyone has been having a relaxing break and enjoying time with friends and family. As a team, we have had a few great practices and got in some great work at Bowdoin this past Thursday!

Our first meet will be held this week at USM. Directions are here. The meet will start at 3:30, which means our track team needs to leave a bit early from school at 2:15pm. More details including order of events, who is running what, etc to come mid-week!
